Trust back in the hands of the creators.

We back First Nations creators with a technology that protects cultural knowledge, ensures rightful attribution, and keeps control where it belongs — with the artist.

A Legacy Worth Safeguarding

For generations, First Nations makers have shared stories that connect people to place, to spirit, and to each other.

Australia’s Indigenous art economy is estimated to be worth over $250 million a year. Yet only a fraction is ever returned to the artists or their communities.  Infact the estimate is only 10-15%. Thats $215 million not returned to the community.

Where is it lost...fakes, replicas, unlicensed sales, mass produced imitations, offshore manufacturing and online platforms that sell without verification.

Buyers often have no idea. They think they’re supporting Indigenous communities when in fact, their money rarely reaches the people behind the work. Without a way to verify authenticity, good intentions can still lead to exploitation.

Estimating the True Loss

If we conservatively assume:

  • Indigenous art market at A$500 million/year

  • 80% of related souvenir market is counterfeit

  • Only 10% of Aboriginal artwork market was similarly impacted

Then the potential lost earnings for creators could be:

A$500 million × 10% × 80% = A$40 million/year

Over a 10-year span, that exceeds A$400 million that should have gone back to the communities and creators

Considering global demand and the decades Indigenous artists have faced misappropriation, the figure easily reaches into billion-dollar losses cumulatively.  AI change what comes next.
